today's my chinese bday! and its ruiru's 18th bday too! and and.. its azrin's party today!
everyone came wishing me in MSN. lolx.. its only CHINESE lah. i'm beginning to get sick of blogging. i think there's so much things to blog that i feel so lazy.
we had EXTREMELY RUDE customers yesterday. although i'm a singaporean, but i just simply can't stand some other singaporeans who don't even know BASIC COURTESY.
we're taught to greet customers 'miss, mdm, sir' correct? but why don't we see customers greeting us that way? some customers are really fucked up u know. imagine an aunty who calls us AUNTY. wth. you in yr forties calling us aunties or uncles. what are you then? AH MA LARH. and i hate it when customers say 'GIMME BLAH BLAH BLAH...' can you pls say 'I would like to have....' stupid leh this people! they're just so RUDE! and some wanna try. WE KNOW. we are gonna get de spoons let them try liao lor! and they so scared that we scoop for them or what? 'TRY TRY TRY' yah lah i know lah!
ahhh, one thing we always laugh is how they pronounce the flavours. this is INTERESTING :)
a few common ones,
black sesame - 'black see-same'
tiramisu - 'ti-ra-mi-shu', 'ta-ra-mi-shu'
pistachio -'pi-ka-chu'
strawberry - 'staw-belly'
tartufo - 'tar-tar-fu' , 'da-dou-fu' [sounds like 'big tofu']
dark chocolate- 'black chocolate'
yoggi - 'yo-g'
they have many different kinds of pronounciation that can make u laugh. and some pronounce until we really don't know what they want.
yesterday was TERRIBLE. whenever i think back, i still get very angry. but i feel a sense of satisfaction inside me when i think of how bee leng scolds the customer. she looks gentle on the outside but don't you dare provoke her. if you treat her nice, she's really nice. a nice girl lah.
its the 10th today. and we haven't got our pay. BL went to tell the boss daughter off. haha! she dares! why not! this made her furious yesterday.
rem this company has got lots of rules? i was asked to work earlier yesterday. was called the very last min k. stupid thing is, our salary of the day has to be forfeited if we cannot work the v last min. but why don't we see that we can get extra pay if we were asked to work earlier the v last minute? and normally we have 3 staffs working on a FRIDAY. but because yest one staff cldn't work, and the rest didn't wanna work, me and bl had to work 3 peoples' job. NOT FAIR ISN'T IT. somemore its a FRIDAY. the crowd started frm 7+near 8 and the queue was so long that we cldn't even see the donut and djuice shop! for goodness sake, there's only the 2 of us. we slogged like hell and were treated like hell.
one irritating customer w an attitude face asked bl not to scrape the ice cream. bl's blood was boiling i tell you. i was standing at the other end scooping and i cld hear her.
bl: 'Excuse me, the ice cream may seem easy to scoop but its not ok! its very hard you know! if you want you come in and scoop lah!'
she came to my side and scoop. 'i've never seen such an irritating customer lor. shen1 qi4 leh! we so busy liao still ask for so much. the ice cream is so hard lor! think so easy ah!'
i heard the word fuck frm her mouth. FIRST TIME. she made him so paiseh in front of everyone. SERVES HIM RIGHT.
you know, sometimes you have to be fierce to them to show them that we're not to be trifled. the rest of the customers behind suddenly became soooooo polite saying thank you to us.
then the next incident. this one WORSE OK! FUCKING MOTHER CAME AND SCOLD ME. taka was about to close..
mum and son who is about 11 yrs old came and buy ice cream.
mum: 'i want 2 single cups. one durian and one [i forgot the flavour.]
son: i don't want that flavour! i want vanilla!
that was what i heard. then taka gate closed..
son: 'don't close!' HE CRIED.
i dont know for what! he's already 11 yrs old and his mum was beside him lor! scared cannot get out huh! then don't buy ice cream lah!
mum: ' dont worry we can get out.. i love you'
i was still waiting down there trying to confirm with her the flavours. fed up, i scooped durian first.
the mum began to panic that his son was crying and wants to get outta de place asap.
mum: 'eh your service very slow leh! scoop ice cream also so slow! what kind of service is this!'
i was very shocked. i STARED at her. cursing her deep down. bee leng heard.
bl: excuse me! what our service slow! your son is crying and you come and scold us for what. you can get out from the other way lor! you order so slow and you want us to serve you fast!'
the mum was bz down there asking son not to cry at the same time rattling non-stop bout us.
i was super angry at that point in time and then i just scolded loudly 'FUCK LARH!!!!!'
KAOX! nv seen what an unreasonable customer! if you guys wanna buy ice cream. don't hiam so much. u think its easy to do? come and try yrself ya? let me tell you, the ice cream esp the choc ones are damn hard. and if you see only 2 staffs down there, don't hurry us ok. we're trying our best to serve you and stop giving us attitudes and come here scolding us like our fault like that. customers are always right. BULLSHIT! if you think you're in a rush, then DON'T BUY. you want us to treat you good, give us the right attitude too.
argh. sophia said taka customers are always like that. SO RUDE. really you know. bth. did i mention bout the other day when someone rushed bl.. oh another thing in case you guys don't know. if you wanna order 2 or more flavours, if you want yr ice cream to look nice, tell us all the flavours you want first. because if you order one hard and one soft, of cos we will put the hard one first. if not the soft one will come out. so one customer came to buy a tub that day. bl was waiting for her to say her flavours. she said one. then bl waited for the other.
customer: 'can u faster scoop that first! i'm in a rush!'
so rude ok! her tone! cannot stand her!
luckily i didn't serve her. then while bl was scooping halfway, i borrowed the spade frm her. of cos if she scoop tub i scoop cup lend me the spade first lah.
customer:' excuse me, i'm in a rush u know? CAN U PLS FASTER?'
bl: 'i know! pls stop rushing us! we have only got one spade ok!'
she kept quiet.
these are the irritating customers. more stories. don't wanna say liao. say le get even angrier. stupid company stupid customers.
ok, i know i've been complaining all day long. but just cant help it. you will know how it feels when you are treated that way!!
