mum's been nagging non-stop these few days.. saying that i've been facing the comp all the time and slping late every nite. grrr. i hate it when people nags at me.

anyway, i was [or rather, we were] very pissed today with my boss. my blood was boiling high when i read the new rules and regulations.

to start off, i was late for work today. stupid bus came late due to major service disruption or sth like that. i was supposed to work at 4 but i arrived at 4.18pm. ok, this is the first time i'm this late ever since i started work this holiday.

when i first stepped into the shop, all i cld hear was 'hey! u know there's new rules and regulations.'

me: aiya, always new rules de la.. what rules..

ICE CREAM SERVINGS

1. All cups served have to be level to the brim.

2. Anyone caught serving much more than required, will have to compensate V****** an equivalent value of the purchase made by the customer.

3. Staffs are NOT ALLOWED to give or exchange V******'s ice cream. Anybody caught doing so, is considered as theft and will be handed over to the police or the day's salary being forfeited. Final decision lies with the management.

MONETARY ISSUES

1. Money collected that day/shift should tally with the cashier's report and the cups' cones and take away tubs inventory. Staff on duty are liable to top up the difference if any.

2. There should be a proper handover whenever there is a change in shift, else all staffs on duty for that day will be liable for any variance should the cups' cones' and take away tubs inventory not tally with the cashier's report.

COMMITMENT

1. All part time staffs must commit themselves to V****** for a minimum of 3 months. Anybody in breach will have to face the penalty of $300 cash.

OPENING AND CLOSING BALANCE (the MOST INTERESTING one)

1. SMS the boss the opening stock of inventory and/or the closing stock of inventory and ice cream balance.

2. Staffs must be responsible and report the correct balance of ice cream or there will be a penalty of $60 for any wrong reports. [ MADNESS. who will give the wrong report? and 60 bucks for wrong reports. its MORE than the pay per day. normally the most maybe work 10 hrs lets say. means 10 times 5 = 50 bucks. we still have to pay extra 10 bucks. wtf.]

the rest.. i didn't take photo of that. but from what i remember,

- after 6 months with us, you may claim the cost of the typhoid injection up to a maximum of $25 by proof of receipt. [damn it! i lost the receipt. and my jab was $25.20. nvm bout the 20cents, but they quite li4 hai4 huh? know outside cost more. so they put maximum]

- if you are late for a consecutive of 3 times, you'll be sacked. [haha! thats what worried beeleng today. she got it.. but all not later than 10 min.]

- if you are late for more than 10 minutes, the first hr of pay will be forfeited, that is $5. [thats what pissed me today! cos i reached at 4.18pm. so understand now? imagine you reached at 4.11pm? i rather come at 5 then!]

- no one is allowed to punch cards for another person. if you are caught, both of yr salary of the day will be cut off by 50%. [she still got give example ok! like...

eg. pay of the day = 6hrs * $5 = $30.
pay of the day after deduction = $30 *50% = $15

*speechless*

- last minute notice of not working is not allowed unless with valid reasons. you have to find someone to substitute you else your pay for the day will be forfeited by 50% [SOMETHING LIKE THAT LA..]

BLAH BLAH.. there's somemore i can't think of at the moment. if you have notice, its all about money. trying to deduct here and there. for goodness sake, pay already so little. they earn like hell. we slog like hell. still give us these rules all bout money here and there.

we are given 1/2 hr to clean up.. but pls.. sometimes we need more than 1/2 hr. but we never see them giving us the extra money.

i still rem last yr.. we were to work till 10.30pm. but we finished packing up and punched the card at 10.29pm. PLS LOR.. they underlined the time. wth.. one minute earlier also underline.. not like we never finish cleaning up or what.. we need to wait till 10.30pm then can punch. so stupid! then if we work till 10.47pm? i don't see why they nv underline and give us extra money.

if not because of the flexible time and sophia as our supervisor, we all have quitted long ago.

i'm super tired.

i slept late yesternite, woke up early today and stood for 9.5hrs. imagine scooping ice cream the whole day.. sales can reach 1000bucks within 3 hrs? omg!!

working with yongjun and sophia was fun. hahahaa.. we were too bored and tired. so we asked each other those stupid qian bian wen da ti. lolx.. because there were too many people today, we were determined to hit the sales target of 2.5k so that we can get 6bucks/hr instead of the usual 5bucks/hr. yj kept checking whether the sales reached the target. he came up with a brilliant idea! because tubs are more expensive, so he displayed the tubs on the showcase so that customers will buy it. lolx.. and that really works!! one customer bought 4 ONE LITRE tubs. total madness. and when we hit the sales, we all worked slowly.. hahaha.. didn't bother that much after that cos we were tired.. and he quickly took down the tubs displayed on the showcase for fear customers will buy it. lolx.. bth him.

its off day for me today~

woke up at 1+pm. i got a shock when i saw the time. was i that tired?? work was alright yesterday.. didn't have to do closing. heh. that lovey dovey couple mr kody toh guan hong & siying PLUS his friends came to buy ice cream frm me. he misses the ice cream too much. haha.. then da jie came and look for me after work. we had our dinner at crystal jade. her treat. heh.

i'm supposed to go jb with huoy and joan today.. but they are gonna sing. AGAIN! n i told them i'll join them next time.. cos i'm really sick of ktvs. plus i'm sick now. i have another ktv session w my uni pals u know.. so now ktv is a big no no for me.. xw just told me bout mdm bek's bday celebration. KTV AGAIN.. oh man! sg too small. really got nth to do except these few entertainments.. sighs.

i'm sick AGAIN together with i duno if its sore eyes. -.- my eyes are super red [it looks as if its sore eyes] but the funny thing is, its neither itchy nor painful. argh! i rather its either one. at least it makes me feel better. now i dun even know whats wrong with my eyes :( and i can't wear contact lens out tmr! and, i've been bitten by bugs recently! grr. my neck also got lor. machiam i've got measles like that. yucks. but i'm better than my sis larh.. the bugs bit her face. LOLX.. ok, shudup. i know i can't laugh at people. =D

i'm such a bz person. o_O i came back home frm msia today, bathed and rushed to work again.

Work today was alright. i think i've really stopped work for such a long time and haven't been counting de money for a long time. lolx.. i was looking for that piece of paper.. kept searching it frm de blue file until warren said that i haven't been working for a long time till i forgot that the paper is frm de grey file. YA HOR? hehe. i'm sucha blur cock. there's no choc flavours these days. no tartufu [customers kept asking for this!], dark choc [this too! its the bestseller] and belgium choc. there's no rum n raisins, hazelnut and choc mint too. DON'T HAVE SO MANY.. SELL WHAT THEN.. all these are the common ones people buy. so there wasn't as many customers as i expected today. heh. oh btw, there's new flavours. ok lah, i don't know if they consider as new flav cos i haven't been working for quite sometime. but the new ones are lychee, strawberry cheesecake, wafer, pineapple [OH MAN?] and one i duno whats that call. something like biscuit spice? hahaha.. TRY IT IF U DARE.... can't stop laughing at those customers' expressions when they tried that. heard that ice cream has been there for bout 3 days. so WHAT DO YA THINK OF THAT FLAVOUR? LOLX..

I had a terrible headache last night! must be facing the lappie the whole day. thats why. i'm sick. sick again.. sighs.

HAPPY 21ST BDAY JOAN!!!

Today's her bday.

Our dear miss joan chia celebrated her 21st yesterday. i'm not going into detail.. in fact, there's nth much to say except that we crapped abit and took some photos. azrin and xw were de joke of de day i guess. after party, we went lot one kbox. KTV AGAIN FOR ME!!! I said i didn't wanna go didn't i?! PLEASE.. I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF IT.. DON'T ASK ME FOR THE TIME BEING!! i went there 2 days in a row!! first w aunt and cousins @ Jusco. then yesternite w joan, huoy, qinwei & xiaowei! its the 5th time i've been to ktvs since 28th april. its like 2 wks only?

k lah, i went there for de sake of joan bcos its her 21st bday. and another reason is bcos qinwei is going. its one of the rare chances ok. ALL of us who were there nv been to ktv session w her b4. so.. yap, i ended up going.

xiaowei and i went joan's house after that.

I realised something. I can post a happy entry but the next moment, i can post either an upset entry or an entry for me to vent out all my frustrations.

Here again, i don't feel good tonight. i can be telling my friends what to do, lending them a listening ear but at the same time, i realised that i can't even settle my own problem. who's there to lend me a listening ear then? who's there to comfort me and tell me what to do, telling me whats wrong and who's wrong.

indeed, it feels much better after pouring out everything. and only azrin knows it best. she knows what happened and she calms me down. she has her own way of handling me. i can't imagine if she's not here for me.

i just reached home!! mummy's not around. i guess she went plaza again. anyway, i went xw's house last night! this ger kept asking me to stay overnight at her house. heh. we had our fav nata de coco [it's so nice to chew!] & then she introduced this jap show-HOTMAN to me. i like that little girl in the show! i swear she's the cutest girl i've ever seen so far!

Yes, i went to this big shopping mall in JB today together w mum, god mum and ruiming's mum. HMM, how boring can it get w/o ruiming and ruiru. good thing is, i don't have to spend a single cent. haha! thats the advantage of going out with adults!

well, ruiming's mum treat us everything. food, food & more food. you don't have to be afraid that you'll go hungry when u go out with her. cos you'll eat non-stop. she ordered LOTS of food just for 4 people. -.- anyhow order ma chiam for 8 people like that. aha.. had shark fins. but u know.. msia.. the food not that nice. worse still.. one of the dim sum was spoilt -.- i was telling mum how come it taste weird.. bit sour.. and i'm stupid enough to finish it. when ming's mum ate it.. she said its spoilt. see how goondu i am? RM200+ for lunch.

then shop a while.. she bought a set of guess clothes for sweetie pie. RM200+ for that. after that, we went ktv! wahaha.. RED BOX. RM5++ for student o_O Cheap right! ahaha.. of cos mum nv sing lah. me and aunt sang like nobody business. hehe.. if only ruiming and ruiru are here.. i think my aunt spent like at least RM600+ today man. just on food, ktv, clothes, bit of groceries. POOF. but i like going out with her. cos can eat like pig! hehe.

i'm supposed to go out with mummy and da jie but i just didn't feel like it.. i hate going suntec. duno why.. that place always give me bad luck. haha.. very superstitious i know. but its true ok. hate it to de core. so inaccessible. i hate to walk that citylink can.

and now i'm stuck at home. surfing the net, looking at those places of interests. LOLX!! see how bored can i get? but of cos... still, there's no where to go. babe's free but now we duno where to go! sick of shopping though i seriously needa shop. but not at this pt of time when i'm so super broke. don't feel like working bcos i'm super sick of venezia... speaking of it makes my blood boil. i wanna give myself a rest first b4 i start working.

wanna play water but babe no swimsuit. wanna play mj but no khakis. know why? cos those who wanna play sure wanna play w money.. but for us, we not that zai... so we don't wanna play money. money hurts feelings also. play money w frens.. Hmmm.. haha..

going so broke man... so many pple's bday coming! and all these friends are my close friends.. my stupid best friend so bhb. hahaha.. keep telling me she wants ipod nano. see.. we're so close until she keeps telling me what she wants.. and what clr she wants.. and blah blah blah. bth her. haha! but i still love her so much!

okok, back to thinking of where i wanna go. grrr.. still can't think of a place to go. sighs. sg's too small. so sad. we're thinking of baking a cake now for them. for fun. but i know alvin don't really eat cake. anyway its our 7th mth today. but he's in camp. so..hmm.
